All retreat-deposits are non-refundable once purchased.

The following is our cancellation policy:

For all retreats, if force majeure (e.g. pandemic, natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.) causes a retreat to be canceled, we will offer a rescheduled date for the retreat. In this case, we will not refund payments when it is due to causes beyond our control. 

If the rescheduled retreat date does not work for you, 100% credit of the paid amount (not a refund) towards another one of our retreats or any of my coaching offerings may be possible.

If you need to cancel, refunds are not offered unless you find someone to take your spot or we can fill the spot from our side. We may need to refund you minus any administrative fees incurred in filling your spot.

We cannot reimburse any travel costs associated with your stay. For this, we recommend travel insurance. 


Any credits expire one year after your original arrival date. Refunds or credits will not be given after that time.
There are no refunds or discounts given for arriving late or early departure or for guests who choose not to partake in meals or events.


Please consider travel insurance to protect the investment in your vacation plans. Travel (or trip) insurance is available from several companies.
We recommend that you carefully review their policies as many provide different levels of protection.

 If you are joining an oceanic retreat on a boat with wild life interactions on the program, have in mind that this is all in nature and with wild life that we don’t have control over. No Animal interactions are promised.
If the weather shifts, storms arise or the ocean conditions get to rough, so that we cant leave the Marina and change the route or program, I will create another exciting plan for us, tho I can’t promise to visit the Islands mentioned neither.
Never the less the dates are out of hurrican season and very calm waters, so may we be supported with the best possible conditions.
